Low Sugar Cocktails & Surprising Stats for Super Bowl Sunday

It's Super Bowl Sunday! The pinnacle of commercials, snacks, drinks and, of course, football in America. Super Bowl Sunday is basically a national holiday, but unfortunately we do still have to go back to work on Monday.

Not to worry! FICKS has some great low sugar cocktails for the big game that will be a hit at your Super Bowl party, while minimizing those Sunday evening scaries and have you feeling better on Monday. But first...

Here are Some Shocking Super Bowl Stats

You know a day where basically the whole country is doing the same thing is going to have some crazy stats behind it, and surprise, surprise - the Super Bowl does.

Americans Drink About 500 Swimming Pools of Beer on Super Bowl Sunday

Amount of Beer Drank on Super Bowl FICKS Pool with Beer

489 Olympic-sized swimming pools to be specific, or 323 MILLION gallons. That breaks down to a gallon per person, which would take 10 miles to jog off. Try switching to something lighter this year with real fruit hard seltzers.

11,000 Calories Are Consumed at the Average Super Bowl Party

Cut Calories at Super Bowl Party

We're not saying to say no to chicken wings (of which 1.4 billion will be eaten this Sunday...) but why not cut some calories from your cocktails to enjoy extra queso and burgers? FICKS Mixers use half the calories and sugar of other all natural mixers. Shop FICKS Premium Cocktail Mixers here.

The Average Super Bowl Ad is $6.5 Million This Year, About $1 Million More Than Last Year

Despite Super Bowl viewership going down the past 5 years, and only 10% of consumers actually remembering the commercials, average ad costs keep going up-up-up. About 13% of these are for alcohol companies. FICKS will be holding off this year ;-)
