Ingredients:
- Sliced Bananas - 2 Cups
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
- Almond Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Blue Spirulina - 1 tsp
- White Rum - 1/2 Cup
Instructions
1. Add bananas, yogurt and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth
2. Set aside 1/4 of the mixture into a separate container, and mix in blue spirulina until mixture is the light blue the color of minion jeans
3. Pour blue mixture into bottom third of each cocktail glass, and freeze for 1.5 hours.
4. Pour in remaining yellow mixture once blue has settled, and enjoy your delicious minion cocktail!
