This refreshing cocktail is perfect for sipping on a hot summer day. It is served in a Collins glass and is garnished with a sprig of mint.
- 3 oz bourbon
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- In a rocks glass, muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup.
- Add the bourbon and fill to the rim of the glass with ice.
- Stir until the cocktail shaker is frosted on the outside.
