Making cinnamon simple syrup at home couldn't be easier, and you'll have it in the fridge to use all holiday long!
2 cinnamon sticks
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup water
Add cinnamon sticks, brown sugar, and water into a pan on the stovetop.
Cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, constantly stirring to dissolve the brown sugar with the wayer.
Remove from stove when the syrup is starting to stick slightly to your spoon.
Filter into a mason jar to cool. Refrigerate and use for up to one month.
